Scott Whigham is both the founder of VideoBooks.com and one of it's trainers. Scott began the process that lead to the launch of VideoBooks.com way back in 2005 when he launched the LearnItFirst.com Video Training Network (which is the largest network of video book websites for technical folks such as sysadmins, consultants, and programmers on the web today). Scott's success with websites such as LearnExchange.com, LearnSqlServer.com, and others made him think that he should offer the same quality training for the front office people (i.e., knowledge workers, information workers, accountants, administrative personnel, etc) - out of these ideas came VideoBooks.com.Scott has also spent nearly a decade as a professional "live" trainer, been an independent consultant for more than a decade, attended more than a dozen "Train the Trainer" type of events, and even taught many of the same types of events. Scott's technical background is impressive as well - Scott not only designed the C# and Visual Basic code for this ASP.NET website, he also designed the database, does all of the graphics, and he did the website design (so if something breaks, it's usually his fault!)
Scott and his family live in the Dallas, Texas area. Scott loves to "talk tech" but he is also a soccer fanatic, loves to play poker, and enjoys cruising around in his 1969 Ford Mustang Convertible when the Texas weather is not too hot.
